Hi there. I'd like to report you that Samsung Galaxy S9 does NOT have official upgrade to Android 11, its last version is Android 10. I also have a friend of mine who has specifically the SM-G960U, and she can't upgrade it to Android 11. Her latest Android version is Android 10. It is indeed possible to upgrade it to Android 11, and there are many guides about it, but it's custom firmware, not official.

It would seem that the International or EU version does not allow for Wi-Fi Calling. If I am mistaken, would really appreciate help in finding that option. Samsung USA could not help. Thanks!
